David practices in many areas of U.S. business immigration law, with a focus on nonimmigrant visas and permanent residence. He is experienced in assisting investors and entrepreneurs and persons of special ability. He also has experience in family-based immigration having numerous clients at USCIS interviews and appeal hearings.
Prior to joining EFPA, David worked as a staff attorney at a litigation defense law firm in New York City and at the Waterfront Commission of New York Harbor.
David is licensed to practice law in the states of Florida, New York, and New Jersey.
